A random run in with Bill McMullen on the streets can end up anywhere, this evening we landed back in his crib. He put on a cooking show and serenaded us a la Rockband style. Truly a random night but quite entertaining.

It's a Love HATE relationship...

What do you do when your once previously favorite restaurant gets expensive and gets remodeled poorly? Why do we still go back?!... Answer: It's got the best outdoor deck in the area and a mean burger. This truly is a love hate relationship.

New Toy!

It's been a while since I've bought something blog worthy. This week I found something real good. The Ice Sphere maker! I found this blog here with a more expensive version of the ice maker, when I strolled past it at Muji for $10 I had to pick it up. So make a date to hang out to experience the "SPHERE ICE" *insert special f/x here "whoooshhhhh"... It only makes one at a time and uhm it takes 8 hrs to freeze, so sign up today!

STPL OUTING/OUT AND ABOUT

Last week was the STAPLE 2008 COMPANY OUTING! This year we had dinner at a Korean BBQ, lots of eating and drinking ensued.

Catching a candid moment of suzette, it was payback for all the crazy paparazzi shots she was taking of everyone else.

After dinner, we all went over to duets in K-town for some KARAOKE! Lots of drinks and lots of fun, and lots of memorable moments for the ones who can still remember.

Later in the weekend we took the opportunity to head over to THE ORCHARD in the LES for an amazing meal, and Amanda was catching up with a blast from the past. We ended our evening walking home and peeking into the new kidrobot.

PostMovie Meal

Yvonne (Creative Archive, Flawless Beauty) and Jordan (master of paints) came with us to experience the Universe of Keith Haring and afterwards headed over to Ramen Setagaya to pick up some ramen. We discussed the better things in life and how to take over the world... the usual.
