For all those keeping track, here is a compare/contrast of the Jemanda component of The Hundreds Challenge. Finally thanks to a gadget called Nike+, we all can get excited for the Williamsburg Challenge!
This was my first run back, it was tough, hot, humid, lightning, drizzle. No excuse tho - I ran over 3 miles. Watch out here I run+!
